Get your pan ready. Fill it up with cold water from the tap. There is no definitive measure. You should ample amount of water so the almonds are submerged while boiling. Keep the flame on high and let the water boil.

- The Dry Way
It’s called the dry way because there is no water involved in this process. It’s effective but it comes with the risk of burning the almonds. But if you are careful enough, everything should go as it’s supposed to.
Put the almonds on a baking sheet. Use your hands to ensure it’s on a single layer. Preheat the oven at 400 (204C) degrees. Preheating will make sure that the toasting goes smoothly. Put the baking sheet with the almonds in the oven and keep a sharp eye.
The baking time should not go over 15 minutes. Shake the baking sheet every 5 minutes so that the almonds will heat up properly. Then take the almonds out and put them in between two towels.
